Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software and basic accounting processes. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating sales and purchase activities and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY Software.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase teams for orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain purchase and sales records and ensure timely updates.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist in accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Maintain proper records of customer and vendor transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing-related queries.
• Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
• Support the senior accountant in daily accounting activities.

Eligibility

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

• Graduate/B.Com preferred
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing/trading companies will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
