Telecaller

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
• Follow up with customers and prospects regarding products/services.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
