Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales growth, develop new customers, manage key accounts, and strengthen the company's presence in domestic and international markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Manage existing customers and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, exhibitions, digital platforms and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on orders and payments.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and regular updates for management.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings and business development activities.
• Support product promotion and development of marketing materials.
• Travel for customer visits and business development activities as required.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales / Specialty Chemicals / Graphite / Advanced Materials or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to independently develop new markets and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

PreferredExperience in selling Specialty Graphite, Expandable Graphite, Natural Flake Graphite, Micronised Graphite, Graphene, Battery Materials or other Advanced Materials will be an added advantage.
