Job Description
Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Perform bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations regularly.
• Oversee e-way bill generation and GST documentation for transactions.
• Prepared Monthly stock statement
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and provide required data to auditors.
• Maintain proper records for taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for financial planning and reporting.
