Job Description – Factory Worker (Injection Moulding)
Job Title: Factory Worker
Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our plastic injection moulding manufacturing unit. The selected candidates will assist in machine operations, product inspection, packing, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Load raw materials into injection moulding machines.
* Remove finished plastic parts from the mould.
* Trim excess material (flash) and perform basic finishing.
* Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
* Pack finished products according to company guidelines.
* Keep the production area clean and organized.
* Follow safety procedures and company policies.
* Assist machine operators and supervisors as required.
Requirements
* 10th Pass or above (preferred).
* Experience in a manufacturing or injection moulding factory is an advantage.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Physically fit and willing to stand for long hours.
* Able to work in rotational shifts and overtime if required.
* Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
