Job Description
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Contact salon owners, beauticians, distributors, retailers, and other potential customers to promote Oxi9 Essentials products and the Oxi9 Expert App.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and application subscription plans to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the field sales team whenever required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure and ensure repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM system accurately.
- Prepare quotations, share product catalogues, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with operations for smooth order processing and onboarding.
- Upsell premium products, combo offers, and annual subscription plans to maximize revenue.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
