About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive (Medical Representative / Public Relations Officer) with a strong background in the General Medicine segment. The ideal candidate should have an established network with General Physicians (GPs), Specialist Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, and Healthcare Professionals across Surat.

Candidates having experience as either an MR (Medical Representative) or a Hospital PRO (Public Relations Officer / Hospital Marketing Executive) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with General Physicians (GPs), Specialist Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, and Diagnostic Centers.

Promote the company's healthcare services and build strong brand awareness in the medical community.

Generate new patient referrals and business opportunities through regular doctor visits and hospital networking.

Conduct daily field visits and follow up with existing and prospective healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets.

Maintain detailed records of doctor visits, referrals, and daily activity reports.

Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and identify growth opportunities.

Strengthen long-term relationships with key doctors and hospital decision-makers.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Medical Representative (MR) or Hospital PRO / Hospital Marketing Executive.

Experience in the General Medicine segment is mandatory.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good knowledge of the Surat healthcare market.

Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for field work.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

During the interview, candidates must be able to provide the following information:

Which geographical area(s) of Surat have you handled?

Which doctors and hospitals are currently in your network?

Doctor list should include a minimum of 200+ active doctors.

Candidate should have strong working relationships with:

General Physicians (GPs)

Specialist Doctors

Hospitals

Clinics

Candidate should be able to explain:

Frequency of doctor visits

Territory covered

Products/Services promoted

Referral generation experience

Existing doctor and hospital connections

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with an active network of 200+ doctors in Surat.
