Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell solar energy solutions in assigned territories. This is a field sales role involving customer interaction, lead generation, product explanation, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Promote and explain solar products to residential and commercial customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and submit daily/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with installation, documentation, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
• EligibilityGraduate/Post Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, MSW, or equivalent).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates from rural and Tier-3 locations are encouraged.
• Willing to work in field sales.
• RequirementsFluency in the local language (mandatory).
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local area is an added advantage.
• Strong time management and customer handling skills.
