Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage the accounts of multiple businesses, including Milk Distribution, Real Estate, Wood Supply, Logistics and other business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounts of multiple businesses in Tally Prime.
• Daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, cash and bank entries.
• Handle milk agency billing, stock, route-wise sales, collections and outstanding reports.
• Bank, customer, supplier and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage GST, TDS, E-Invoice and E-Way Bill-related work.
• Monitor receivables, payables and payment due dates.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and Outstanding Reports.
• Maintain stock, expenses, salary and petty cash records.
• Coordinate with CA for GST returns, taxation, audit and account finalisation.
• Submit accurate daily financial reports directly to the Owner/Management.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Experience in handling accounts of multiple firms/businesses.
• Ability to independently manage accounts from entry to finalisation.
• Good communication in Marathi and Hindi; basic English required.
• Candidate should be responsible, stable and willing to work long-term.

Preference:

• Experience in distribution, trading, inventory or multi-business accounting.
• Two-wheeler preferred for occasional banking or office-related work.
