Job Description
### Accountant – Vishal Medical Distributor
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle day-to-day accounting entries in **Tally Prime**.
* Prepare sales & purchase invoices and manage billing.
* Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and party ledgers.
* Handle **GST entries, reconciliation, and basic compliance**.
* Manage bank reconciliation, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
* Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the sales/store team.
* Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
* Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
**Requirements:**
* B.Com/M.Com preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
* Good knowledge of **Tally Prime, GST & MS Excel**.
* Experience in medical/pharma distribution is an advantage.
* Good communication and attention to detail.
