Location: Kanke, Ranchi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job SummaryJerry Land is looking for a responsible and energetic Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations.
- Manage staff and ensure smooth team coordination.
- Maintain inventory and product displays.
- Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS/Billing software.
- Responsible, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in a retail store, supermarket, toy store, or gift shop.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
