Project & Installation Management

Plan and manage lift installation projects (new buildings or replacements)

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients

Service & Maintenance

. OperationsHandle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services

  • Schedule preventive maintenance visits
  • Ensure breakdown calls are attended quickly
  • Monitor service team performance
  • Team ManagementManage technicians, supervisors, and service engineers
  • Assign daily tasks and site visits
  • Train staff on safety and technical skills
