Position: Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely dispatch and delivery, manage warehouse activities, coordinate with transporters, maintain inventory records, and optimize logistics processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics, dispatch, and transportation activities.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch records.
• Plan delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
• Lead and guide the logistics team to achieve operational targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics software.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
