- HR MANAGER –
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll, and salary-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisals, KRAs, KPIs, and training.
- Conduct employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlement.
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management and branch heads.
- Ensure smooth and effective implementation of HR policies.
