HR Recruiter – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely closures of open positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up on interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
• Achieve hiring targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with good communication can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple positions.
