Job Description

Role Overview- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The ideal Male candidate should have hands-on experience in networking and industrial communication systems, along with the ability to support customers effectively.


Key Skills-

  1. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Networking
  2. Industrial Ethernet Switches, Media Converters, Fiber optics & Networking Accessories, etc. (Basic Knowledge)
  3. Serial Communication (RS232/RS485/RS422)
  4. Strong Communication & Troubleshooting Skills
  5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability


Responsibilities-

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via remote access
  2. Collaborate with Service Desk & Support teams
  3. Replicate issues in lab environment for analysis
  4. Deploy and test solutions as per requirements
  5. Maintain technical documentation and reports
  6. Analyse logs and provide effective resolutions


Requirements-

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Electronics / Instrumentation)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with global customers
  • Problem-solving and analytical mind-set
