Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers and agents immediately after quotation generation to explain product details and assist in decision-making.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable life insurance products based on their needs.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to address customer and agent queries related to life insurance plans, features, premium amounts, and benefits.
  • Follow up proactively with customers and agents to drive policy closures and ensure timely completion of the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for policy issuance.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Knowledge: Life Insurance Products
  • Experience: 0-2 years in life insurance advisory or customer service.
  • 0-2 years in telesales or insurance-related customer support.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and English, with at least one additional language from Marathi, Tamil, or Kannada.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
