Job Description

Business Development Manager – Roles & Responsibilities


Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the Business Development team to achieve daily and monthly goals.


Sales Performance: Ensure the team achieves sales, conversion, and revenue targets while improving overall productivity.


Performance Monitoring: Track key KPIs such as calls, talk time, follow-ups, conversions, and CRM updates, and take corrective actions where required.


Coaching & Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions, provide feedback, and improve the team's sales and communication skills.


Lead & Process Management: Analyze lead quality, identify reasons for lead loss, and coordinate with relevant teams to improve conversions.


Reporting & Coordination: Prepare performance reports, share business insights with management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
