Field Officer

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementConduct daily visits to assigned security sites.
• Ensure security guards report on time and perform duties as per SOPs.
• Verify attendance, shift deployment, and reliever arrangements.
• Maintain proper discipline and grooming standards.
• Monitor overall security operations at client sites.
• Client Relationship ManagementMeet clients regularly and collect feedback.
• Resolve operational issues immediately.
• Maintain healthy professional relationships with clients.
• Attend client meetings whenever required.
• Manpower ManagementEnsure sufficient manpower at all assigned sites.
• Arrange replacement guards in case of absenteeism.
• Coordinate recruitment requirements with the HR team.
• Verify joining documents before deployment.
• Training & DevelopmentConduct induction training for newly deployed guards.
• Provide refresher training on:
• SOPs
• Fire Safety
• Emergency Response
• Access Control
• Visitor Management
• Incident Reporting
• Customer Service
• Maintain training records.
• Site InspectionConduct surprise day and night inspections.
• Verify:
• Uniform and grooming
• Identity cards
• Attendance
• Register maintenance
• CCTV monitoring
• Security equipment condition
• Submit inspection reports.
• Documentation & ComplianceEnsure all statutory documents are available at sites.
• Verify:
• Attendance Registers
• Visitor Registers
• Material Inward/Outward Registers
• Incident Reports
• Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR)
• Police Verification Records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Incident ManagementRespond immediately to emergencies and incidents.
• Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with police, fire department, ambulance, and local authorities whenever required.
• Recommend preventive actions.

ReportingSubmit the following reports to the Operations Manager:

• Daily Site Visit Report
• Client Feedback Report
• Incident Report
• Night Round Report
• Attendance Report
• Manpower Status Report
• Training Report
• Uniform & Grooming Report

Equipment ManagementEnsure availability and proper functioning of:

• Metal Detectors
• CCTV Systems
• Boom Barriers
• Access Control Systems
• Visitor Management System
• Fire Fighting Equipment
• Communication Devices
• Required QualificationsGraduate preferred (Minimum HSC/12th Pass)
• Experience in Security Operations preferred.
• Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler preferred)
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in private security operations.
• Experience in handling residential societies, warehouses, industrial sites, or commercial properties is preferred.
