- Job ResponsibilitiesConnect with warm leads generated through webinars, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Digital Azadi program.
- Explain program benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Coordinate with the Student Success Team for smooth onboarding.
- Candidate ProfileExcellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English understanding.
- Confident in speaking over phone.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- EligibilityGraduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, EdTech Sales, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, or any high-ticket sales role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
