Job Description
● Regional Expansion: Identify and onboard high-performing Channel Partners and brokers specifically within the West location.
● Property Showcasing: Lead and conduct professional site visits for premium projects, ensuring a high conversion rate from visit to booking.
● Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture deep professional relationships with existing partners to keep our projects at the top of their portfolio.
● Lead Management: Diligently follow up on leads generated through the partner network to ensure no opportunity is missed.
● Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales process from initial partner inquiry to final deal closure.
● Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Channel Management.
● Market Knowledge: Strong, existing knowledge of the Pune Real Estate Market, specifically within the West region.
● Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory for managing premium clients and partners.
● Network: Must possess an active and strong network of brokers and agents in the West location.
● Availability: Looking for candidates who can join preferably immediately.
● Education/Background: Freshers should not apply; we require proven experience in the field.
