Real Estate Sales Executive –

Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive you will play a vital role in representing our brand and providing customers with an exceptional property-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Business Development
2.Generate quality leads through digital platforms, references, cold calling, and field marketing.
3.Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
4.Schedule meetings and property site visits.
5.Present residential and commercial projects professionally.
6.Follow up with interested customers until closure.
7.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Strong negotiation skills
*Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
*Two-wheeler and valid driving LICENSE
