Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct client meetings, arrange site visits, and convert prospects into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and digital platforms.

Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

Follow up with clients regularly and convert inquiries into bookings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Update daily activities in CRM and submit sales reports.
