Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Purpose - The School Partnerships Associate will be responsible for initiating and nurturing conversations with school leaders and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified meetings for the Brainmoto team. This is an office-based role focused on outreach, relationship initiation, follow-up and meeting coordination. It is not a field sales role and does not involve traveling or closing sales.

Key Responsibilities School Outreach

• Identify and build databases of prospective schools and school leaders.
• Reach out to Principals, Directors, Academic Heads and School Management Teams through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Initiate professional conversations and create interest in Brainmoto's solutions.

Relationship Building & Follow-Up

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective schools.
• Reconnect with conference contacts and dormant opportunities.
• Ensure that no opportunity is lost due to lack of follow-up.

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team.
• Coordinate calendars and send reminders.
• Manage rescheduling and ensure smooth handover.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain and update all interactions in the CRM system.
• Track conversations and follow-ups systematically.
• Share daily and weekly activity reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is intelligent, organized, disciplined and enjoys speaking with people.

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

• School admissions
• Teaching or academic coordination
• Counselling
• Customer success
• Inside sales
• Relationship management
• Education sector roles

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
