Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and increase sales of modular office furniture, commercial furniture, and interior solutions. The candidate should be capable of handling both field sales and digital lead generation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, industries, and government organizations.
• Follow up on enquiries received from IndiaMART, website, social media, and referrals.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Promote the company's products through exhibitions, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
