Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and cold calling.
  • Contact prospective clients and understand their investment or home-buying requirements.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.
  • Coordinate with developers, legal, finance, and CRM teams for seamless transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and industry developments.
  • Participate in property expos, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values during all client interactions.
