Responsibilities:

HR & Administration Executive — CASFLOSIAN (Flotech Solutions & Cascade Fans), Chakan or Pune

Full-time | 3–7 yrs experience | Industrial/manufacturing background preferred

CASFLOSIAN combines Flotech Solutions (Danfoss VFDs, KBL pumps, CG motors, panel fabrication & site services) and Cascade Fans (boiler ID/FD fans, sugar dust collection, ventilation systems) — Chakan, Pune.

Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for shop floor, engineering & sales roles; identify skill gaps and coordinate technical/soft-skill training; organize periodic sales review meetings, track targets vs. achievement and pipeline MIS, coordinate between sales-production-dispatch; handle attendance, statutory compliance and general office administration.

Requirements: Graduate in HR/Business Admin; strong MS Excel/Word skills; fluent in English & Marathi; based in/willing to relocate to Chakan-Pune.
