Job Description
Site Sales Executive – Shree Balaji DevelopersJob Responsibilities:
- Attend and handle client visits at project sites.
- Call leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with interested clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Assist customers throughout the site visit and address their basic queries.
- Achieve assigned monthly site-visit and sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
