Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:


  • Identify and track tender opportunities for Solar, Solar+BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects across all government websites including (Gem, Etender, Eprocure, HPCL, IOCL, Railways, Defence etc.)
  • Prepare, review, and submit techno-commercial bids/tenders in compliance with regulatory requirements (RfPs, RFQs, EOIs)
  • Draft and customize client proposals, including project sizing, technical specifications, commercial structuring (CAPEX/OPEX/deferred capex models), and financial workings
  • Coordinate with internal teams — engineering, finance, legal, and procurement — to compile accurate and competitive bid documents
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and EPC/OEM partners during pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and negotiations
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders/proposals with all requisite documentation, compliance certificates, and pricing schedules
  • Monitor tender/proposal pipeline and prepare periodic MIS reports for management review
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, consultants, and channel partners to generate a healthy proposal pipeline
  • Support contract finalization by working closely with the legal and commercial teams post award
