Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Remote / Work From Home (as applicable)
About the Role
Thinkatic is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Specialists to join our UK Inbound Cab Booking Process. In this role, you will assist customers across the United Kingdom by handling incoming calls, booking cabs, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
Book and schedule cab rides accurately.
Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
Provide prompt and courteous customer support.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
Customer service experience is preferred but freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote roles).
Shift Details
🕐 Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
