Job Description
*Job Responsibilities:*
•Coordinate and schedule customer site visits.
•Welcome clients and provide a detailed tour of the project.
•Explain plot layouts, project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
•Answer customer queries and guide them throughout the visit.
•Maintain site visit records and submit daily reports.
•Follow up with customers after the site visit to encourage bookings.
•Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams for appointments.
•Assist in organizing site visit events and promotional activities.
•Build strong relationships with prospective customers and provide excellent service.
*Requirements:*
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic to advance knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
•Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and professional appearance.
