What you'll do

* Audit our AI support assistant (Sage) on every escalated ticket - log where it failed and help train it.

* Read each case carefully and triage it to the right path: self-serve website, e-commerce manager, or

founder.

* Solve customer issues across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email and Facebook Messenger in a warm, calm

voice.

* Spot repeat questions Sage should handle and submit weekly automation suggestions.

* Run 30-50 customer feedback calls a day to learn why people buy and what frustrates them.

* Turn what you hear into daily and weekly insight reports that shape product and content decisions.

What we're looking for

* Genuinely curious - you like understanding WHY behind customer behaviour.

* Calm, patient and empathetic, especially with frustrated customers.

* Sharp at noticing patterns and writing them up clearly.

* Organised and reliable with sheets, logs and follow-through.

* Comfortable on the phone - friendly and confident on calls.
