Body Shop Advisor

-Customer advice and care in all questions involving body repairs and paintwork as well as repair methods and economic efficiency. Ensuring customer mobility.

- Preparing his own damage calculations.

- Coordinating between customer and insurer (declaration of assignment and assumption of repair costs).

- Preparing repair orders according to expert reports submitted, customer wishes and the guidelines of Skoda-VW Group.

- Assuring quality of third parties involved (e.g. external paint shop).

- Active selling of services and parts while simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Active selling of Skoda car insurance.

- Marketing of Accident Hotline and aesthetic repairs.

- Monitoring orders and deadlines, preparing, checking and explaining invoices.

- Responsible for final inspection, as well as performance of vehicle finish - checking for quality and orderly working.

- Vehicle handover and invoice explanation to the customer.

- Maintaining ongoing contact with cooperation partners (officially appointed experts, car hire companies, vehicle recovery services).

- Keep update in product knowledge & prevailing promotional schemes

- Promote exchange through Preowned

- Promote sale of Skoda lifestyle products & accessories

- Generate brand awareness

- Be a mentor to new joinee as & when assigned

- Adherence to Skoda dress standards

- Maintain discipline and decorum of the company and abide by all its policies which keeps on coming / being modified from time to time by the management.
