Guest House Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage multiple guest houses across different locations.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred)

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/guest house management

- Experience in handling multiple properties will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple guest houses

- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and guest satisfaction

- Manage staff deployment, attendance, and performance

- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management

- Monitor inventory, procurement, and operational expenses

- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

- Willingness to travel between guest house locations

Desired Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting

- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently

Location: Pune Region 

Salary: Rs. 20000 To 25000 + Travel Allowance
