Job Title: Assembler

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assembler to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a carpentry background and be capable of assembling modular and customized furniture as per drawings and quality standards. Freshers with relevant carpentry knowledge and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble modular and customized furniture as per production drawings and specifications.
• Install hardware such as hinges, channels, locks, handles, and other accessories.
• Ensure accurate fitting, alignment, and finishing of furniture components.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Eligibility

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Carpentry) or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with a carpentry or furniture manufacturing background will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry.
• Ability to read and understand production drawings (preferred).
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
