Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Carpenter who can work both in our manufacturing facility and at project sites. The role involves fabricating wooden doors and door frames in the factory, followed by installation, fitting, and finishing at customer sites. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of workshop and on-site work.
कार्य का विवरणहम ऐसे मेहनती और जिम्मेदार कारपेंटर की तलाश में हैं जो फैक्ट्री में दरवाज़े एवं डोर फ्रेम बनाने के साथ-साथ ग्राहक की साइट पर उनकी फिटिंग एवं इंस्टॉलेशन भी कर सके।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँफैक्ट्री में कार्यलकड़ी के दरवाज़े एवं डोर फ्रेम का निर्माण करना।
- मशीन एवं हाथ के औज़ारों का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
- कटिंग, असेंबली, लैमिनेशन, प्रोफाइलिंग एवं फिनिशिंग का कार्य करना।
- ड्रॉइंग एवं दिए गए माप के अनुसार उत्पादन करना।
- गुणवत्ता (Quality) का ध्यान रखना।
- कार्यस्थल एवं मशीनों की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना।
- साइट पर कार्यडोर फ्रेम एवं दरवाज़ों की फिटिंग और इंस्टॉलेशन करना।
- फ्रेम की लेवलिंग, एलाइनमेंट एवं मजबूत फिक्सिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- हिंज, लॉक, हैंडल, डोर क्लोज़र एवं अन्य हार्डवेयर लगाना।
- इंस्टॉलेशन के बाद दरवाज़े का सही संचालन (Smooth Operation) सुनिश्चित करना।
- साइट इंजीनियर एवं सुपरवाइजर के साथ समन्वय करना।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार पुणे एवं आसपास की साइटों पर यात्रा करना।
- आवश्यक योग्यताएँकारपेंट्री कार्य का अच्छा अनुभव।
- लकड़ी के दरवाज़े एवं डोर फ्रेम बनाने एवं लगाने का अनुभव।
- मशीन एवं हैंड टूल्स चलाने का ज्ञान।
- माप (Measurement) एवं ड्रॉइंग समझने की क्षमता।
- अनुशासित, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती स्वभाव।
- टीम के साथ कार्य करने की क्षमता।
- प्राथमिकताITI Carpenter या समकक्ष योग्यता।
- फ्लश डोर, लैमिनेट डोर, वेनियर डोर, इंजीनियर्ड डोर या मॉड्यूलर इंटीरियर का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
