Service Advisor

Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate job estimation, and timely vehicle delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
• Conduct a preliminary inspection of vehicles and record customer concerns.
• Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and obtain approval for additional work, if required.
• Ensure all warranty claims and documentation are completed accurately.
• Deliver vehicles to customers after explaining the work carried out and the invoice details.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records and update CRM/DMS systems.
• Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets.
