Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our software sales team. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting software products, executing marketing strategies, and supporting the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both field sales and digital outreach, and willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients for software solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and online meetings with prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads via online platforms, webinars, and email outreach.
  • Assist in creating brochures, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual events to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software sales or IT marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet individual and team targets.
  • Willing to travel locally and outstation (20–25 days/month).
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, or cloud-based software.
  • Basic understanding of software trends and client pain points.
