Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Property Manager to manage rental property maintenance and coordinate with tenants, property owners and service providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.
  • Prepare work estimates and quotations.
  • Coordinate with tenants and property owners politely and professionally.
  • Manage vendors and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Follow up on ongoing work and provide updates to owners.
  • Handle day-to-day property maintenance requirements.


Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of property maintenance and computer/mobile applications. Experience in property management or maintenance will be preferred.
