URGENT HIRING – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Pune & Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

About SolarGen
SolarGen is a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executives to expand our presence across Pune and Ahmednagar.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
Meet residential and commercial customers to promote solar solutions.
Conduct site visits and gather customer requirements.
Explain solar products, benefits, subsidies, and ROI to customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, MBA preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, or Solar Sales.
Solar industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Preferred Requirements
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
