Job Description
Job Purpose:
An ITI HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and
maintenance of HVAC systems such as air conditioners, ventilation systems, chillers,
VRF/VRV units
Key Responsibilities of Job
Install Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF systems.
Copper piping, gas charging, vacuuming.
Proper electrical connections and testing.
Regular AC servicing (cleaning filters, coils, blower)
Identify faults and perform troubleshooting.
Gas refilling and leak detection.
Diagnose issues in compressors, fan motors, PCB.
Replace faulty parts.
Ensure system runs efficiently after repair.
Assist supervisor in installation work.
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Maintain discipline at site.
Safety & Quality
Use proper tools and PPE
Avoid gas leakage and electrical hazards
Maintain quality of work (no rework)
