Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with minimum 6 months of experience in the insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain insurance products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular reporting of field visits and sales activities.
