Job Description

Job Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate service invoices, coordinating with the workshop team, maintaining billing records, updating Google Sheets, processing customer payments, and ensuring timely completion of billing activities while providing excellent customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare service invoices based on job cards and work completed.
  • Generate bills for labor charges, spare parts, lubricants, and accessories.
  • Verify job card details before preparing the final invoice.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for billing clarification.
  • Collect payments through cash, UPI, card, cheque, or other approved payment methods.
  • Maintain daily billing and payment records.
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets with daily billing, service, and MIS data accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
