Job Summary:

Dipanshu Promoter & Builder Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Planning & Billing Manager to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and billing activities. The role involves ensuring timely project delivery, accurate billing, effective cost control, and coordination with execution, commercial, and client teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

• Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and construction sequencing plans.

• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.

• Identify delays, analyze critical paths, and propose recovery plans.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone-based progress reports.

• Support EOT (Extension of Time) and delay analysis submissions.

Billing & Commercial

• Prepare and submit RA Bills, interim bills, and final bills.

• Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.

• Handle variations, extra items, and deviation statements.

• Coordinate with site teams for measurement verification.

• Support cost control, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and billing engineers for certification.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and site teams.

• Assist in claims preparation and contract administration.

• Maintain planning and billing documentation for audits and handover.

• Ensure alignment between physical progress and billed quantities.

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

• Post-Graduate qualification in Construction / Project Management preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project planning and billing.

• Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to EPC / Design & Build projects preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), AutoCAD

• Good understanding of BOQs, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures

• Knowledge of delay analysis, claims, and cost control

• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities

• Effective monitoring and reporting of project progress

• Cash flow optimization and billing efficiency

• Timely identification and mitigation of delays
