Job SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring lead follow-up, achieving sales targets, monitoring daily performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities·        Lead, mentor, and supervise CRM/Telesales executives.

·        Assign and monitor leads for timely follow-up.

·        Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

·        Conduct daily meetings and performance reviews.

·        Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.

·        Coordinate site visits and support deal closures.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

·        Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

·        Handle customer escalations and support relationship management.

·        Coordinate with management on sales strategies and improvements.

Required Skills                                             ·        Strong leadership and communication skills.

·        Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

·        Team management and problem-solving skills.

·        Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

·        Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications·        Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

·        1 -3 years of experience in real estate sales/team handling.
