Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Microfinance Sales Executive to acquire new customers, promote financial products, process loan applications, and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned areas. The role involves regular working with individuals and small business owners, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for microfinance loan products.
• Conduct field visits to villages, markets, and customer locations.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment schedules, and terms to customers.
• Generate leads through referrals, local networking, and field activities.
• Collect and verify customer KYC and required documents.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Conduct customer visits for verification and assessment as per company policy.
• Maintain regular contact with existing borrowers.
• Follow up on loan repayments and support collection activities when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and community members.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition, disbursement, and business targets.
• Coordinate with the branch, credit, operations, and collection teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and field activities.
• Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable compliance procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
