Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute residential, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Track project costs, control budgets, and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Handle client communications, progress meetings, and project handovers.
- Obtain necessary approvals, certifications, and project close-out documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project management.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office, or other project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
