Project Manager

1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to successful completion.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
3. Prepare detailed project plans, work schedules, and implementation strategies.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Allocate tasks to team members and monitor progress against project milestones.
6. Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective execution.
7. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
8. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
10. Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and motivation.
11. Maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and compliance records.
12. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and resource availability as per project requirements.
13. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and project management best practices.
14. Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and clients.
15. Manage project changes, scope modifications, and change requests effectively.
16. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Technical teams for smooth project implementation.
17. Ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, utilization certificates, and project documentation.
18. Monitor project KPIs and analyze project performance for continuous improvement.
19. Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned.
20. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government departments, partners, and stakeholders.
21. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and project guidelines.
22. Support business development activities by providing project inputs, technical proposals, and implementation plans.
23. Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration to achieve project objectives.
24. Train, mentor, and develop project team members to enhance productivity and performance.
25. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standards.
