Female Executive Assistant – Webinar & Sales

Cosmic Mind Hub is looking for a smart, confident, modern and professionally presentable Female Executive Assistant for our Panchkula office.

We need someone who can confidently represent our brand during webinars, online meetings and client interactions, while also assisting the Founder with scheduling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities: • Introduce and coordinate webinars & online sessions • Communicate confidently with clients and participants • Handle enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversations • Manage Founder’s meetings, appointments and daily schedule • Coordinate with clients, trainers and internal team • Handle calls, WhatsApp and email communication • Follow up with leads and help in conversions • Maintain basic client and meeting records • Provide day-to-day Executive Assistant support

Candidate Requirements: • Female candidate • Smart, modern, confident & well-groomed personality • Camera-friendly and comfortable speaking during webinars • Excellent spoken English & Hindi • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills • Good at sales, convincing and follow-ups • Organised and capable of managing schedules independently • Good knowledge of computer, Zoom, WhatsApp and email • Professional attitude and quick learning ability

Preferred: Experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales, Client Relationship, Webinar Hosting, Counselling or similar roles.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and a strong professional personality may also apply.
