Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Direct Pitching (Primary Focus)

• Conduct 100+ manual cold/outbound calls daily to decision-makers to present our offerings, qualify leads, and drive sales.
• Send 100+ personalized WhatsApp messages & Email daily to prospective clients for immediate follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Maintain clear logs of daily call results, conversation outcomes, and follow-up schedules.

2. Data Collection & Lead Prospecting

• Manually extract and compile 150+ new business leads daily using Google Search and Google Business Profiles.
• Accurately log data fields into the system, including:
• Company Name
• Address & Website
• Direct Contact / Mobile Number
• Google Business Profile Link
• Status & Lead Remarks

3. Social Media Presence & Outreach Execute daily brand maintenance across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp:

• Daily Content: Create and publish 1 daily post across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.com featuring concise copy, 1–2 visual graphics, and relevant hashtags.
• Daily Engagement: Initiate targeted follow/connection requests daily across platforms to continuously grow the outreach pipeline.
• Status Updates: Post daily promotional and engagement updates via WhatsApp Status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone voice.

• Prior experience in telesales, outbound lead generation, or inside sales.
• High efficiency and time management to hit call targets consistently within a 9-hour workday.
• Basic understanding of digital media tools and platform best practices.
